In this world of rapid change traditional management has become less and less effective. What’s required is leadership. As the pace of change increases so does the demand for effective leaders and impactful leadership.
One of my passions is in helping people grow as leaders. The primary motivation behind this passion is that I’ve seen the huge difference that quality leadership makes to the lives of people, the success of organisations and countries.
Let me be clear. When I say I’m passionate about leadership, I am not talking about “leadership” the result of your title or position. When I say leadership, I am talking about pursuing that which you deeply care about as an individual, team and organisation.

I work in the information technology industry, as an Executive Partner with Gartner Executive Programs where I act as a trusted adviser to Chief Information Officers (CIOs) across various industries. My focus is on helping CIOs harness the strategic value of technology in support of business strategy. I live in Johannesburg, South Africa, am married, with two beautiful children. In my free time, I enjoy travel, music, writing, reading, photography, and playing squash.
